Well what can I say except a huge thank you for successfully effecting the sale of my late brother's property, and diligently seeing this through to completion.

As you know, because I needed a quick sale I had to have a multiple agency agreement with several estate agents in the area, but in hindsight I could have just had a sole agency with your company.

I was very impressed with the way that you and your staff constantly kept me informed of all viewings, and reported back to me.

You were the only estate agent to do this and I felt very confident that the property was being fully marketed, but I did not feel this about the other estate agents.

Of all the estate agents that I registered with, your company performed the best by far, in every aspect.

I was also very impressed with how involved you were in seeing the sale through to completion, and dealing with solicitors' and the buyer to insure that the sale was progressing as quickly as possible.

If it had not been for you, I am sure that we would not be at the completion stage now.

You, your staff and your company as whole are a credit to the profession, not just for your professionalism, but for your friendliness, approachability and effectiveness throughout the whole procedure, and I would recommend your company unreservedly.

You took a great deal of stress out of what was a very stressful time for me Jason and I will always be very grateful to you all.

I am ecstatic and extremely grateful that the property has been sold so quickly, but part of me is sad that I will no longer have contact with you all, and I feel as if I have lost some good friends.

Would you please convey my thanks to all of your staff for their excellent service.

I am a great believer that good staff come from good management and you are all to be congratulated. I never once had a negative reaction from any of your staff, and it was always a pleasure to speak to them, hence I will be sad that we will no longer be in contact, but I will come in nearer Christmas to see them all, and to thank them personally.

Jason, I cannot tell you how happy and relieved I am that you have successfully effected this sale for me, but my family will tell you that I am a different person, and I have to thank you for that.
